For property managers and landlords
If you are still driving across town to hand over a key, the lock is costing you more than it saved.
The problem is turnover, not security
A mechanical lock has to be re-keyed every time you lose confidence in who holds a copy — end of tenancy, a contractor who never gave one back, a guest who checked out three weeks ago. Each of those is a locksmith call-out and a trip to the property.
With a smart lock the same event is a code revoked from your phone. That is the entire business case; everything else is a bonus.
What a portfolio install involves
Multi-unit work is not the single-door job repeated. Bluetooth gateways have a practical range of roughly 10 to 15 metres, so a building with locks over several floors needs the gateway positions surveyed, not guessed. Access usually needs tiers — a front-door credential plus a room credential — and each unit has its own code lifecycle and its own battery to keep an eye on.
We survey the whole building before quoting so the number you get accounts for all of that.
That means no surprise extras later, no lost-key callouts between tenancies, and a proposal that matches the way your portfolio is actually managed.
Invoicing
Letting agencies, housing providers, public sector bodies and larger companies are invoiced with agreed payment terms rather than being asked to pay on the day. Contracts run from a single site to multi-building rollouts, and for a large enough job we will travel beyond the Northwest.
