Every lock we supply comes with physical keys, so the door always opens without the battery. It is very unlikely you will need them: from about 20% the lock warns you every time you use it, and the app sends a notification too. More on keys and batteries.
Will it fit my door?
That is what the survey decides. uPVC, composite, timber and multipoint doors all take different locks, and some doors are not sound enough to hold one at all.
Can someone who can't use a keypad still get in?
Yes. Most locks we fit take a card or fob as well as a PIN, and many take a fingerprint. A card is usually the answer — tap it and the door opens, no code to remember.
How much does it cost?
The locks we supply are priced with fitting included, from £199 for the lock and fitting: see the locks and prices. If you already have a lock, we fit it for a fitting-only price. The quote is fixed before work starts, and if the survey turns up something unexpected we re-quote and you can walk away at no cost.
Do you keep access to my lock afterwards?
No. The lock and its app account are yours on handover.
Do you work with letting agents and housing providers?
Yes, and they are invoiced with agreed payment terms rather than paying on the day. Contracts run from a single site to multi-building rollouts.
Who keeps the admin when a tenant leaves?
You do. The lock and its account are yours on handover, so a code or card can be cancelled the day a tenancy ends without calling anyone.

What happens if a battery dies in an empty property?
Every lock we supply comes with physical keys, so a flat battery never locks you out. Before that, the lock warns from about 20% each time it is used and the app sends a low-battery notification, so whoever manages the property hears about it first. More on keys and batteries.
