Tell us about the property and the door. We come back within 24 hours with a price and a date — and the price is fixed before any work starts.

If we need more detail, we will call rather than guessing, and you can walk away if the job is not right for the door.

01 The door

uPVC and composite run a multipoint mechanism — it changes the job.

Are these external doors, internal, or both?

Two photos usually tell us everything:

  1. Example photo: a smart lock on a front door seen from outside, close enough to show the keypad, handle and fingerprint reader.
The lock from outside — close enough to see the handle and keyhole.
  2. Example photo: the open door seen edge-on, showing the metal plate, bolt and latch set into the edge of the door.
The edge of the door, with the door open — so we can see the bolt and the mechanism. This is the one that decides whether a lock will fit.

Up to 5 photos. Please keep your house number out of shot — we only need the lock, and we already have your postcode. We remove location data from every photo on upload.

We read every one ourselves and come back within 24 hours. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you say yes.
